I missed the last couple minutes of 24 tonight (5/14), cause there was an amber alert and I wasnt able to catch what exactly happened...
warning dont read further if you havent seen it yet... the last part i heard was tom saying it wouldnt be a bad idea to give up bargain with phillip bauer, anyone able to fill me in with what happened??

bad craziness

You didnt miss too much.
Basically the Vice-President, Karen and Tom theorized that generals in Russia were putting pressure on President Suberov to go to war and made a call to CTU. Cut to Josh, Doyle, Jack and CTU agents leaving the place where they rescued Josh. Doyle takes a call and gets the order to take Josh. CTU agents subdue Jack while Doyle takes Josh away in a helecopter. Jack screams at Doyle/the helecopter.
