I have to say Scott Tenorman Must Die as well. Cartman's calm and calculated unraveling of his plan is twisted enough to be funny. "Knowing that you would go and try to do something to the pony, I warned Mr. Denkins that violent pony killers were in the area."

scott tenorman was very dark and good. It also had radiohead :p
