NYPD Blue

Our electricity went out during the last fifteen minutes of NYPD Blue on Tuesday night (April 29). How did it end?

Sorry, sorry, sorry!! This thread was supposed to end up in Entertainment, but I clicked the wrong tab. I've already called 9-1-1 and asked for an ambulance.

The grandparents are going to sue for the baby. Sipowitz said no way and the grandparents said that they would use his history with alcohol and other things. They threatened, I can't think of her name on the show, (Charlotte), with the same thing.

I understand the need for constant drama in a dramatic series, but my man Andy has been through A LOT in the last 8 years.

Shot
Alcoholism
Son dead
Wife dead
New son ill, feared to be dying
Partner gone
Partner dead
Partner dead (not to mention the trauma of working with "Silver Spoons")

Give the guy a break! Let him enjoy his fish in peace!!!

It's still a great show, but pick on someone else for a few episodes.

Sorry, warrrreagle...I should have been more specific. When Theo was younger, he went through about 4-5 weeks of tests because they feared he had leukemia. It turned out to be something else, much less serious.

That was when Andy and his first ex almost got back together.

Again, sorry for the general statement. I forgot they have another child now!!!!

By the way, do you miss James Martinez??

Oh yeah, I remember that now. And the new baby is a daughter, too. My bad.

Did they ever explain what happened to James?

He was promoted to explain his daparture from the show, but since he was going to stay on the force, I was hoping that we would see him once a year or something.

I understand how/why an actor leaves a show, but for storyline purposes, I would enjoy at least a mention, if not an actual appearance by them somewhere down the line.

Wouldn't it have been great to have John Kelly come back--as pissed as ever? (Of course now that David Caruso is getting paid on CSI Miami, it won't happen)

Where is Kim Delaney? Lt. Fancy? The blonde receptionist--Donna Abondando??

I like the follow-up.
