I was wondering if anyone else here has read any of Justine, Philosophy in the Bedroom and Other Writings, and if you had what are your thoughts on it.

I have yet to read the entire collection, but from what I have read, I love it---but then I loved twisted erotic stuff

I don't know about erotic, I think the guy was sick. I tried to watch the movie 120 Days of Sodom one day but couldn't watch it to the end. I don't know how truly it follows the book but I've heard the idea's the same. And apparently his other books are just as twisted.

Maybe reading is a bit different than watching a movie though. I have to admit that books written by a guy with his philosophy of life are interesting, no matter how disturbing they are.

I've read Justine and Juliette. I liked them both. He is a little long winded for my taste.
