C.S.I: L.A.?

On the last CSI, Brass and Warrick went to L.A., maybe it was just me, but I thought perhaps they were testing out another branch of the T.V. show. Anybody heard anything?

You saw that too!!! I mentioned it to my friends, it was VERY reminiscant of the episode where they went to Miami to introduce the cast there.

Hell, as far as I'm concerned there can never be enough CSI.

But I wish they would choose a location where they didn't film every other TV show. I think Vegas is a great location, and I thought Miami was a good choice, too. But instead of New York or LA, they should go for, like, Dallas or DC or San Francisco. I know they've done other TV shows there, but not as many as LA or NYC.

this is what I thought the first time I saw the episode. But maybe they were just giving the other actors time off?

C.S.I. NY, why not C.S.I. LA? Homocide capitals of US, they should have enough current and past cases for scipts.

I thought that it was an intro to a new show at first.. but they never really made it about the LA CSI people.. when CSI Miami went to NY, the characters we now know from the NY shopw pretyy much did it all, case wise, this episode it was all Brass and Warrick.

That being said, feel free to point your finger at me and laugh if they announce this show for the fall lineup.

I like NY. LA has a lot going for it. New Orleans sounds interesting, but i just dont think the title sounds good. I live in New Jersey. How about CSI: Camden, the most crime ridden city in the USA. Just kidding, and its probably cause of that whole population density thing. How about CSI: Atlantic City. They could even get the Don in some episodes. Frankly, i think there are enough CSI's. I watch the NCIS on Tue. If they make another for Friday, I will watch a CSI every night of the week.

I really hate how instead of taking the time to give us new shows they just make some cosmetic changes, get a different cast and poof! New Show! almost as good as the other show!

Of course, it's not like we aren't asking for it:

Nielsen Media Research Top 20 Week of April 18-24, 2005

Rank Program Name Network Day Time Rating Share Households
1 CSI
2 DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES
3 AMERICAN IDOL-TUESDAY
4 AMERICAN IDOL-WEDNESDAY
5 CSI: MIAMI
6 SURVIVOR: PALAU
7 GREY'S ANATOMY
8 HOUSE
9 EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND
10 E.R.
11 TWO AND A HALF MEN
12 COLD CASE
13 WITHOUT A TRACE
14 LAW AND ORDER
15 EXTREME MAKEOVER:HM ED
16 APPRENTICE 3
17 60 MINUTES
18 CBS SUNDAY MOVIE
19 JUDGING AMY
20 REVELATIONS
CSI, CSI: MIAMI, COLD CASE, WITHOUT A TRACE, and LAW AND ORDER are all basically the same show and they all kick ass in the ratings.

Until just recently, my parents had a nielsen box. It would be cool to have one. I'd be sooooo selective in what I watched.

But like most things that are photocopied, the quality goes down. CSI is decent. CSI:Miami, a little fuzzy quality wise. CSI:NY totally unwatchable.

CSI Canada. Minus all the close ups and other weird Canadian film tricks.
I don't think I'd watch another CSI, call me old fashioned, but no one can beat Grisum and his quirks.

It wouldn't be very cool. An hour of CSIs trying to figure out why our baseball team sucks.

That's easy, you have a cheap owner who gave out bad contracts and no self-respecting pitcher will ever willingly go there.
