Goodnight, and Good Luck

That was a cool movie.
I wish Edward Murrow was still reporting, I'd be hanging on his every broadcast. His mannerism is So Cool!

Probably the best movie in the past few years. George Clooney = great director out of nowhere. David Strathairn did a better job than any actor I've ever seen.

I heard this movie was a complete snoozefest, but the trailer I saw the other day looked intriguing. I'll have to check it out!

I thought it was REALLY great. Wonderful acting, well directed, and well timed. It was much more thought provoking (and persuasive) than most of the hysterical finger pointing that "artists" typically engage in. I'd highly recommend checking this film out - in the theater if possible. I think seeing it with an audience really added to the experience.

An audience?
I saw this in the theater, but my audience was quiet...
Tell me about your experience, I'm intrigued.

Remember Gremlins 2, the brain gremlin? As he melts, those are his last words. I felt so cool the day I finally got the reference.

Well it's been reviewed well already, I'll just add to support to that opinion. I thought it was a very well done movie. The plot is a little anti-climactic but the strenght of the characters and the weight behind the unfolding events pulls it though.

It was rated very highly on rottentomatoes.com, but it's grossing very poorly. I suppose the Communist scare just really isn't everyone's thing.
