best chance you have is to make yourself a mold and do the chocolates yourself. Cuz that's not at all a common form.

Hit him on the head, smear chocolate on his face and shirt.
Then when he wakes in the hospital yell "What the fuck! You ate the friggin MGM Lion Chocolate I specially ordered, then passed with your hands down your pants!"

He will be embarrased and confused. Problem solved.

There are lion shaped chocolates out there, but an MGM logo chocolate you will have to make yourself. Why does your friend need it?
