Cheese & Bacon Jalapeno Rellenos

4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 slices Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
18 jalapeno peppers, halved, seeds and membranes removed

MIX cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, cilantro and garlic.
SPOON cream cheese mixture evenly into peppers. Place on cookie sheet.
BAKE at 375°F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Something that you will never find at any one of my parties, but something I might look forward to having at someone elses. Maybe.

I have that problem, I like cooking spicy things for people, but I can't eat them at all. It sucks making two different meals because you can't handle curry or hot sause.

It just so happens that I can and have scarfed down mass amounts of spicy foods with no ill effects. So far as cooking them, I have yet to try that. This is a good recipe that sits very well with my taste buds.
