Recipe for fish

On any kind of fish:

Melt butter in the bottom of a pan.
put the fish in the pan.
spread mayonnaise over the fish(not too much)
season it with Paprika.

Or you can just make it Boston Baked by using sour cream, and crushed Ritz.

(mix the ritz with clarified butter first, though...)

I use pam on a baking dish, put the fish in small dollups of butter salt and pepper, if I am gourmeting it I will put a slice of lemon on top.
