My potato

I didn't have the heart to cut up this siamese potato yesterday,
and add it to the crock pot along with the lamb shoulder roast.

Okay...I'll be ready and waiting at 7:30 PM out front.

It's been years since I've had a lobster dinner and an evening at the opera.

Thanks!

If you slice it very thin, longitudinally in the plane of the photo, then deep fry the slices into potato chips, I think the chips mighty look like butterflies...maybe flench flies?

It does have a rustic beauty, but I would eat it and grow some more.
