I suspect our definitions of 'no t-shirt warm' may vary.
It's currently a balmy 18C outside, which translates to about 65 in backwards American temperatures. In my apartment on the third floor it's probably closer to 25 (80-ish). It'll get up to 90 or so during the day. I don't like heat.

Damn, dude. It hit about 95 degrees (in "backwards American temperatures") outside here today. This is hardly no-shirt-warm for me, so you're right, it definitely varies.
I'll start taking my shirt off at about 105... I love the heat.
