I would've said a blonde bear, because he still needs to walk 10 miles west to get where he started...(/nitpick)

There is only one place where you can walk ten miles south, any distance east or west, then ten miles north and be at the start point: the north pole.

Not true, when you're 10 miles south of the north pole, it doesn't matter how far east or west you travel, you've still got a 10 mile walk north to get back to the pole.
