We can all thank World's King for the longest freaking thread ever, I'd say.

Sheesh, just look at http://www.tfproject.org/tfp/showthr...=&threadid=16.

When will the madness end?

I'll put my bet down at 6,000 posts sometime in August 2003.

Was there a longer one in TFPv3 or previous versions? I came in TFPv3 relatively late.

I think that is the longest I recall.

In 3.0 I can only think of the "Say Something Nice about the Last Poster Thread" as having a lot of pages, but I'm sure there were some others.

either it was the Word Association or it was the Number Thread. I believe we were on like number 2500 or a little more on the number thread, but im not sure. But so far i believe that the Word Association is the LONGEST thread here.

i think in v3.0, Word Association was the longest, followed by the Three Word Story.

Word Association was. Without a doubt.

It became the first thread ever on TFP to reach 100 pages, at 40 replies a page (the default view), 2 days before the end of TFP v3.

I win.
