But what if Speedy Gonzalez and Mighty Mouse, annoyed at all that BEEP-BEEP bullshit, teamed-up and decided to take out Road Runner? Could they do it?

With the coyotes help they might be able to swing it.

No way. The others might be fast but they're limited to movement through the material dimensions. Roadrunner's "Beep, Beep! (thptpht!)" triggers a controlled warp that provides for instant movement through time & space.

Interesting evolutionary branch, that.

That's a tough one. I think that Mighty Mouse would beat Speedy and that the Road Runner would beat Speedy, but I'm pretty sure that Mighty Mouse would beat the Road Runner, given the whole flying thing.

Ok, what if the race was restricted to the land? No flying.

I remember an episode that showed speedy crossing mexico in less than 3 seconds. i think he could win, but I would need to find that episode to verify his speed.

Now who would win that race would all depend on who the protagonist was. My guess is that if Chuck Jones were to be dug up and convinced to draw it, the roadrunner would win, but if Friz Freleng were to draw it, it would probably be Speedy.
