Just to prove that we still can't get accurate information to the politicians, we have here a study showcasing violence based not on the action itself, or the violence and blood and so on, but on the actual amount of time that any level of "violent" act is being accomplished.

Yanno... when we were kids... we played Pac-Man for hours... many of us knew the patterns by heart. Never once did we think of "voilence". Pac-Man was about 2 things.

1) The almighty score!
2) Getting all those darn dots.

ya pac man. fucking violent! some fat guy running around in a haunted maze, then he finds some drugs that makes him think he's invincible. then he gets the munchies so he eats giant fruits.

Wow.. umm... yeah. That's pretty sad that the senate decided to list pac-man as a violent video game. and Centipede. Hmmmmm.
Harvest Moon & Excite Bike are the only two games that I can think of that wouldn't be listed as violent by these standards.
