Is out now, 164MB, i'm still downloading, it should be www.fileplanet.com, and pc.gamespot.com, and other gaming sites, i'm having a few problems dling, it seems to keep restarting. i'll post impressions when it finally downloads!

Yeh, thanks ever so much ^dude, i was thinking how long it would take for someone else to relise it was out. It works fine on my PC. My impression is that it is super!

Someone chime in on how this expansion is after playing it for a little while. I have held off on getting Road to Rome but this expansions looks great.

Has anybody figured out the jump jets yet? I can't seem to find them. Man those rocket planes are waaaay too fast to fly.

The Rocket Pack is in the upstairs of the building thats across from the church. Have to use "Drop Pack" near it to switch over to it.

Fun game though...

But was having horrible lag when trying it for some reason...

Yeah, Desert Combat is very good. I wish I could get the hang of the BF engine though. I always die so quickly...

Need to buy full version of BF1942 someday soon so then I can play it online easier...

agreed...the games I like the most, I have bought. Not only do the game makers get paid, I get all the features and online Multiplay is much easier.

The only problem that I have with buying it is, that it's STILL at 49.95.

Anyone having problems with it and have DC installed? Ever since I reinstalled DC, every time I start up the game it crashes on me.

no, I've had no problems at all with DC, as a matter of fact I was surprised how everything went and is running. Are you installing DC over a store boght copy or not? that could make a big dif.

I've had the same problem. I had to uninstall and reinstall. After that it worked fine. Save your config file and delete the directory after the uninstall is finished and you should be good to go.

www.gogamer.com has it for $37.99
They also have the deluxe edition with Road to Rome for $44.00 but it's on back order

I need to pick it up too. I played SW at E3 and it was a blast.

Ha ha man those jetpacks are a blast. Me and my brother have been playing with them for a few hours. It's funny as hell. Once ya learn how to control them good you can utilize them for all sorts of feats. They're more of "jump-packs" than "rocket-packs." The only thing I can find wrong with it is the same problem that's with Battlefield 1942 right now -- everyone team-kills for the airplanes right now; can you imagine how bad it will be when the jet-packs come out? I imagine there are going to be a lot of friendly-fire OFF servers once this expansion comes out.

That expansion.. holy cow, I'm playing it a lot! No need to even PONDER getting Road to Rome as I want this one LOTS more. Yeah the planes are still kinda freakish for me, but i'm still new to flying

The server I was in, I didn't see TK's for planes.. I don't fly too much, You'll find me in the AA guns, shooting you guys down.

Same Name in game... Catch ya around!
