There's a lot of them out there, just do a google search for Playstation emulator and you shoud find a bunch of sites.

As JohnnyRoyale said, ePSXe is the best. I've tried ePSXe, Bleem and CVGS, and ePSXe is the only one I like. You'll need to find a PS bios file (they don't provide one, for legal reasons), but hey this is the internet, it shouldn't be too hard!

Adding to what Chilly posted, I think you may need to find plugins as well such as for your video card and audio card.

You can find these plugins at http://aldostools.com/plugins.html .

After getting the zip with the plugins, unzip them into the epsxe plugin folder.

I'm not sure if it's still popular or not, but I used to use Bleem back in the day and it worked really well.

I have used EPSXE a fair amount, but with my current computer and controller, I have had better luck with PCSX. It takes a little bit more configuring than EPSXE, but seems to have more plugins available.

It's a program you run on your PC which allows you to play Playstation 1 games on your PC.

I use bleem, never tried epsxe gonna have to give that a try I guess.
