I believe it was for NES, and there was a room you'd enter where you'd either stand or lay down and you shot out toward a wall like thing. I believe it had guns that would appear and dissapear and you had to shoot them and run left and right..

Best Contra was Contra Force on NES. There's no beating that. And the level you're referring to was the first Contra's jungle level.

I haven't played the other Contra's, but the original was great. I still play it once in a while.

Yeah! It was right after the first level, you kill the wall on the right and go inside and face into the game! Woot I loved Contra
