So this man wants a bigger dick....
So he goes to his cosmetic surgeon to find out if he can give him a bigger dick. The cosmetic surgeon tells him that they don't enlarge dicks, but if he was interested, the doctor could try a new experimental procedure where they graft the trunk of an elephant in between his legs.
The man, desperate to be larger, quickly agrees. Following the operation and anxious to try his new dick out, the man invites the hottest girl he knows out to dinner. During dinner, a large grey trunk slowly rises out from under the table cloth, grabs a hardroll, and quickly disappears underneath the tablecloth again. The girl, very impressed, asks if he could do that again. The man, with a look of agony on his face replies," I would, but I don't think my asshole can take another hardroll!"
