A Chinese man has been noticing a change in his vision that is bothering him. He schedules an examination with his eye doctor....

Doctor: So what seems to be the problem?

Patient: My vision has been getting fuzzy and it is harder to see things.

So the doctor goes through a full exam and after studying the results, he tells the Chinese man...

Doctor: Sir, I believe you have a cateract.

Patient: oh no, you are mistaken, I have a Rincon Continentor.
