Animal abuse
An Amish lady is trotting down the road in her horse and buggy when she is pulled over by a cop. “Ma’am, I’m not going to ticket you, but I do have to issue you a warning,” the policeman says. “You have a broken reflector on your buggy.”
“I’ll tell my husband as soon as I get home,” the Amish woman replies. “Also,” continues the officer, “one of your reins is looped around the horse’s balls. That’s animal abuse. Have your husband take care of that too!” So the lady goes home and tells her husband about her encounter. “Well, dear, what exactly did the officer say?” the Amish man asks. “He said the reflector is broken.” “I can fix that in two minutes. What else?” “I’m not sure . . . something about the emergency brake.”
