the "carb" is a part of the bong.

See the "low carb" on the bong (the little hole on the bottom)?

Get it now? low-carb on a bong = bongwater spills out, i.e. won't work

do you's call the hole a carb?? me and my mates always called it the "shooter"! ... thats why i ddn't get it. thanx 4 explaining it.

I should have titled this "Cartoon for Stoners in the USA."

I didn't know the carb was called a "shooter" in Oz. That's pretty cool. Aybody ese out there have a name for it?
