Overheard at the Jazz Fest
 

I went to the New Haven Jazz Festival on Saturday night, the featured performer was a trumpeter named Chris Botti. In between songs, he told us...

"That song was off of our most recent album, 'When I Fall In Love'. We're working on a followup album, taking a bit of a different angle. The working title is 'So You're the Bitch Who Ruined My Life', but we're not sure if the label will go for it..."

That's pretty funny. An artist with a sense of humor!

I'm sure the label can deal with it. Hell, there was an album named Father Fuc*er. All that happened was that stores like Walmart didn't carry it.

I hope that album comes out :)

I'm pretty sure he was being facetious. He plays smooth jazz.
