BABY WIPES=BEST STAIN REMOVER

I know I briefly posted about this in a household invention thread, but had to share it again.

One day I chose to use a baby wipe for a clothing stain- came out immediately!

The other day I was colouring my hair and accidentally got a couple drops of colour on my tan pants- and nothing can get that stain out- until I thought I should try a baby wipe. BAM- gone.

Try it the next time you get a stain on the carpet or clothing. It WILL come out!

Having a 16 month old son at home, I will second the "baby wipes as stain remover" tip. They're also good for cleaning white leather sneakers.

Yes, I said sneakers...I grew up in the East, after all.

I use them all of the time. Huggies original is the best. Pizza sauce on a white blouse at lunch? Pull out the huggies! You'll go back to work with a wet spot *much more fun to talk about * but it won't be red and the stain is gone. I keep some in my car, in my desk at work and at home.

And Bill O'Rights is right on the money with the white "sneakers" it cleans them up like a charm!

THANK YOU Bill. I hate having to tell these Ohioans every 2 seconds, that they're not tennis shoes. And its soda, not pop.

As for the baby wipes, I knew they were good at cleaning sneakers, but had no idea they were that good at stain removal. I've definitely got to give it a try now.

Thanks for the info. With a 1 and 3 year old at home, I'll have plenty of chances to try this.

Wow, that is the best tip ever. Ok, I am being a little sensational, but hey, it's a great tip.
