Education Tax Credit

All,

I probably already know the answer to this question, but I wanted to confirm my suspicion as I prefer to play by the rules and not skirt the complicated tax laws in our country, but are the fees that we pay for certification exams (A+, MCSE, CCNA, etc) eligible to be included as part of the education credits that can be included on my tax return?

I am planning to take a number of exams this year and would like to identify whether or not the fees are eligible for deduction. I know the fees that we pay for college courses are (as I have already filed my taxes this year) and TurboTax helped me with this.

Thanks!
