Supplement--BSN's NO Explode

Does anyone have any feedback on BSN's NO Explode muscle builder. I am thinking of buying it tomorrow. Do you take it with creatine or not? If NO Explode is not worth it I'll probably buy BSN creatine called Cellmass I read some reviews and both sound amazing. I just want some real feedback from real people. Thanks. Peace.

No Explode is creatine. It is a good product, I have used it. A bit pricey at about $1/day, you can buy CEE type creatine much cheaper, but No Explode is very good.

Take it with protien, I like Optimum Nutrition's 10LB bags. I go through one a month.

I get my stuff at bulknutrition.com

If it is a creatine why do they have two different kinds? Cellmass and NO Explode. Thanks for the link, another great site for buying supplements cheap is www.bodybuilding.com. Its probably my favorite site period.

My tip for saving money. Buy pure creatine (1kg) and protein powder. Mix yourself, or mix the creatine with a sports drink beforehand. A lot of money can be saved that way.

My tip on saving money...let your body do what it does and don't spend money on stuff like this. If you can lift your way to large muscles go for it; if not, don't fuck with mother nature. You know the rest of that story!!

Eh, I respect people who do not use any supplements but I have just as much respect for people who do (except steroids). Creatine and protein can't build muscle for you. You have to put in time to workout unlike steroids that can make you loose weight and gain muscle mass without working out. Granted the gains would be greater if you did workout. Its really a personal choice. I for one do not have any strong beliefs against supplementing my body. If you dont like supplements dont use em. Just dont get aggrivated when you dont get the gains you want. That simple. Plus, there are no negative effects from using creatine and definitely none from using protein.

I'm not against protein (I use plenty myself!) as it is actually used by the body and depleted when you work out. I just think things like creatine - whose benefits disappear when you stop using them - are a waste. Unless, of course, you are a body builder and that's how you make your living.

In fact, I've been lifting and working out the past few years to loose large muscle mass and convert to long and lean muscles. The ones that actually give you physical benefits and endurance. You rarely see a bulked up Marine or Seal, for example, yet they are in some of the most perfect physical shape. Plus, my clothes fit much better and I get more looks from the ladies to boot!

BSN NO Explode isn't all that, just buy the normal stuff.

BSN NO Explode is full of caffine, and NO products are bullshit.

I'd say use protein, and maybe a carb mix too for recovery. Creatine can help you look a bit bigger, and also give you a little more push in your workout.

BTW, I have a bottle of BSN NO Explode right here, I just don't feel it is worth it.

So do you take a creatine product along side NO xplode. If NO xplode is creatine then why take more creatine along with it?? Im confused. Im not really sure what NO xplode is classified as.

cellmass is creatine ethyl esther malate & glutamine AKG,in my opinion you needto use all 3 together ,otherwise it's like driving a porsche in 1st gear all the way.

Well, I dont mind spending money on a quality supplement but I really dont want to spend THAT much money on it. That will be well over a hundred dollars to buy all three. My friend uses normal creatine along with NO xplode and he sees good gains. Ill probably just use the rest of my monohydrate along with the NO xplode when it comes in today or tomorrow and go from there.

Check out this recipe on making your own CellTech: http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/cr...h-homemade.htm

Other than that check out

http://www.bodybuilding.com/ - Free T-Shirt/Shaker bottle with > $ 75 order.

TIP:

"To get your free pair of fully adjustable, heavy duty canvas lifting straps simply go to our CyberStore at Bodybuilding.com and order any other product at our regular low price from us today! In the comment section of the ordering page, put these three secret words "Free Straps Please!". You will get them with your order within 2 - 3 days! This is a $15.00 value!"

See for yourself and refresh the http://www.bodybuilding.com/ homepage (it comes as a pop-up).

http://www.1fast400.com/ Probably the cheapest site around (though there's no t-shirt/shaker bottle)

http://www.prosource.net/ - Haven't ordered from them, but it was reccomended to me in place of bb.com

Personally I like bb.com, nothing but good experience. I usually get my stuff in 2 days (if I order before 1 PST).

creatine ethyl esther is more effective, doesn't need a loading pahse, and doesn't have to be carb loaded (like the old creatine monohydrate did). I find glutamine to be useless, but it's very cheap, so take it if you'd like. L-Arginine (aka Nitric Oxide) is effective, it works for me.

1 year supply of CEE is less that the cost of 1 month at the gym at 1fast400 (under the bulk category), which makes it a no brainer to take.
