Completely bogus in my opinion. The only thing that will cause her to lose weight and tone up is to diet and exercise.

Transdermal fat loss products do work, if used in conjunction with great diet and cardio.

They don't work well enough to justify the price though; trust me, I've used them.

What a bogus product. If it worked there would be research and proof. If used with diet and excercise it's the diet and excercise that actually works!!

Don't buy snake oil!

The diet and excersize lose the fat, the gels assist in a localized reduction. They are codependant if you want to lose fat in one area more than others. Not worth the price though.

From what I've read about products like this...they work temporarily, say if you are going to a party and she wants to show a little leg, the cream will help "firm" her up for a few hours. Nothing but diet and exercise will help her lose weight though..if there was some magical cream that did it that actually worked, everyone would be using it.

Sorry, but there is no such thing as localized reduction. It is everyone's dream but not reality. If it were real there would be more people using it instead of lipo. Of course, it you have some solid proof...it would sure be interesting. As I said previously - snake oil!

Right. It's like using Preparation H around your face to disguise wrinkles. The product shrinks the skin while it is active. But then it must be reaplied. It sure wouldn't work in a pool!!

Solid proof? Well, I have used it, and placebo doesn't create physical manifestations

If you have a pubmed account, I'm sure you can find many sources backing it up.

Proof isn't that it worked or you. Proof is scientific evidence that it works in a controlled, testing environment. You may think it worked for you but there are many other factors involved. Science is fact, testing, proof against a control group.

I'm not trying to blow smoke and I'm certainly not trying to say that you are wrong - well, maybe I am. Spot reduction just isn't possible. If it was, you'd be rich and I'd have a perfect body!! Get it??

I have to agree. Diet and exercise. Even with exercise, it is hard to spot reduce.
