Training by Muscle Fiber Type?

Hey,

I seem to have more Fast-twitch muscle fibers [especially upper-body] than slow-twitch, according to the way they function and fatigue.

Does anyone know the best way to train fast-twitch versus slow-twitch for best gains and fat loss?

Thanks!

go to http://forum.bodybuilding.com youll get good responses there.
but what i know is that fast twitch can be trained by doing olympic lifts and compound lifts. and slow twitch are isolation exercises (flys and preacher curls are an example)
