Northen Michigan. Almost all our United States are beautiful and diverse but Michigan is very different in its geographical lay out. Michigan does not have true mountains, or true desserts but it's surrounding great lakes, and 2 peninsulas make it an amazing and beautiful place to live and visit. try a google search of 'Northern Michigan', Mackinac Bridge, Traverse City, or upper peninsula.

Live in Richmond, Virginia but will be moving to southern New Hampshire or northern Massachusetts to be closer to the wife's family. Ahh, the sacrifices I make. Lets hope the economy is better up there, because for what I could buy a nice three bedroom, three story house down here I could maybe get a two bedroom ranch up there.

My mother's family comes from Southeast Missouri.
