Other ways to work abs?

Is there any other ways to work on your abdominal muscles other than crunches or sit-ups, If so wat are they and how are they performed?

Buy an Ab roller (AKA wheel of pain), they come with detailed instructions on how to use them.

Doing leg dips off a bench are good too. Balance yourself on the end of a bench and fully extend your legs, but keep them at least 6 inches off the ground. Then bring them up so that your knees are touching your chest. Repeat 25 times :-)

The saying is good abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym...everyone has abs, they are just coverd in a layer of fat. By eating well you'll make the fat disappear and your abs will show.

exactly. making sure your diet is clean is your best start, and you should also be doing cardio. crunches, reverse crunches, hanging leg lifts, etc. are needed to add mass and definition. you can have brick-like abs but no one will be able to see it if your body fat% isn't in check. good luck and hope it goes well.
