				Good lower back exercises?
I've just gotten into lifting weights, but to be honest, im kinda clueless about a few things. If anyone could point me in the direction of a site or something that has a good plan for lifting, or could post here or PM me or something, I would mucho appreciate it. Sorry if this is a repost, I did a search and didnt really find anything. If there is a post, just put a link and lock this thread. Thanks!

| Insane Location: NOVA sCOTIA | It is tricky for beginners. Even Arnold had to start somewhere though. I've been a personal trainer for 5 years. Lay on you stomach, hands behind your head and raise your chest off the floor. Goodmornings: with no or light weight touch your toes and raise up. Listen to your back, you only have one! |
