Just curious as to what people feel is their favorite (I gues in terms of beneficial) supplement they are currently taking.

Glutamine is the best.

Protein I don't consider a supplement, to me its food.

ZMA is good too.

i've used a lot in the past, but the only thing i use right now on a regular basis is whey protein. usually a shake in the morning, and one postworkout.

The only supplement I use is whey (American Whey Vanilla Flavor currently)
