Inhaled a piece of rice..
 

There was a tiny piece of rice at the back of my nasal passage somehow, and as I went to sniffle, the piece of rice flew up in my lungs (or at least felt like it) and now I'm constantly coughing.. can't get it out.

Is it gonna come out naturally or.. is there a way to kinda get it out?

Eventually it will work itself out. The cilia that line the lungs are covered in mucus and that traps a lot of shit and gradually moves it up and out of the lungs.

A few years ago while at Dennys a friend of mine inhaled a bit of cheese from a plate of cheese fries. The term Cheesy Lung was thus born.
