Anyway, for sheer volume of supplement info, exercise info, workout plans, and helpful forum-goers, abc is awesome.

When I'm in the mood to actually hit the gym, I tend to hang around the Fitness and Belly-off forums at www.menshealth.com. They're decent forums, and the level of helpful posts to malicious fucktards is quite pleasing.
