reversing effects or stress?

Hey,
It's been a hectic past 1.5 years and it has taken its toll on my body. I haven't lost any weight, but it seems my arms and chest have gotten skinnier. Also my face has taken the most noticable change over the last year. My face has gotten skinnier and my mom says it looks bony on my cheek bone area. Also right under my eyes, it is dark and sags a bit like old people. Is there anything I can do the maybe reverse it?
Things are starting to settle down a bit so there won't be as many stressors barraged at me (I hope).

A daily multi-vitamin and regular servings of foods high in protein.and I cant type loud enough...*Eat your veggies*,(Taters are not veggies.)
(meat boy,Ya need some meat!)

A little rest and sunshine should clear those bags right up.
