Good suggestions, all.

Still looking for Foo Fighters "Learning to Fly."

Was Billy Idol's "White Wedding" on any of these lists?

Tears for Fears and "Everybody Wants to Rule the World?"

Vivaldi works pretty well for me. Helps me force myself through it more than high energy music.

In normal circumstances I typically listent to your standard Alternative Rock. However, I had grown bored with my previous workout mix that include Limp Biskit, Korn, Papa Roach, Kid Rock, etc. Decided to tryout a hardcore rap mix, and absolutely love it. Here is the mix that is getting me through my 5:00 a.m. weight and cardio workouts and making me "feel the strength":

Rollout (My Business) - Ludacris
Act A Fool - Ludacris
Move Bitch - Ludacris
Where The Hood At? - DMX
Party (Up In Here) - DMX
Forget About Dre - Eminem / Dre
Still Dre - Dre / Snoop
Headsprung - LL Cool J
In Da Club - 50 Cent
P.I.M.P. - 50 Cent / Snoop
Welcome to Atlanta - Jermaine Dupris / Ludacris

All good, but especially enjoy Move Bitch, Where The Hood At, and Welcome to Atlanta, which aren't quite as well known as the Dre / 50 Cent stuff.

Back when I used to do winter bicycle training on rollers and a wind trainer, I had a favorite workout. I found the beat to most of the songs on the Police albums Zenyatta Mondatta and Ghosts In The Machine lent itself really well to interval training and other fast pace stuff.
