Looking for the best Online Discount Broker. What do you guys suggest? Looking for low per trade costs. Also, do any have any sign up bonuses or such? What type of features do they have? Thanks.

From what I hear, Scottrade has some of the lowest per trade costs out there.

However, I personally use TD Waterhouse because I don't make a ton of trades, and they offer an insanely vast amount of information regarding companies. Very useful when making educated decisions about where to stick your money...
