Has anyone had this happen? I have a friend whose father owns an arcade. I went to visit where I saw that they have a dance game called Pump It Up International 5th Dance floor. Basically I am a 230 pound couch potato who does just about nothing other than sit at the computer. I play this game and after words I felt the best I ever had. Now I go back to that arcade to play that game over and over. Has anyone done this to lose weight? Now I get to exercise and have fun win win I say .

I've done it to increase cardio. Many others have done so to lose weight, including this guy who has a remarkable before and after picture.

That's a great idea! I've been thinking about getting DDR myself for exactly that reason: fun and exercise! More power to you!
