Max-OT ( comments and experiences )

Hey, Im going to be starting this program called the Max-OT workout. Im wondering if anyone has any personal experience with it and if so, what comments or good/bad experiences have you had with it?

Also on a side note:

I plan to start taking some protien and creatin, probably a mix. Does anyone have any suggestions on brands or anything like that? I have also read that it is best to take it before the workout, and it is best to take it right after the work out. So which one is it? After reading a lot of magazines and other sources on this topic, I hear so many contradicting opinions and its hard to weed through the bullshit.

dunno about that workout, but regarding protein

there's been plenty of threads on protein and creatine if you wanna do a search. I think that when I reveiwed it all I decided to take protein and milk morning and evening, and to take protein and water after a workout. That may be wrong though.

And creatine doesn't benefit everyone enough to make it worth the money.

Right....the milk slows absorption, which is a good thing before a workout. Try a shake with ice, fruit (like a banana), flax meal for additional fiber and Omega-3, some malt (for the good taste, fiber and extra protein) and milk or soy milk. Maybe even some yougert (can't spell) or some honey for an extra natural carb kick.

Just the powder and water after for quick absorption.
