I took this for a while years ago when it was the rage. Never figured it out.

Does anyone have any experience with this suplement? How much should you take. Should you take it? Is it better for certain ages? Questions, questions....I'll be happy with any input.

suppose to up your heart rate but made for men 40 and older... thats what my cousin told me and he is a PA
But yeah, i remember the rage about it to. Every mag talked about.
