Ok, so I found a company online that makes aftermarket leather seat covers for cars. They had video's on the website showing their factory and this really cool table they use to shrink your headrest foam to make it easy to slip the cover over. They also offered a cooled leather seat option, like you'd find on the luxury cars. The problem is I can't remember for the life of me what the company is called, and can't find them online.
