Mitzkrieg 11-08-2003 11:48 PM

Snakebyt 11-09-2003 12:19 AM

is this a Jeremy Clarkson vid? i love his videos.. he has the greatest job in the world

EDIT, Clarkson is the narrator, but not the driver..

Moonduck 11-09-2003 12:28 AM

I so lust for that car.

w0n 11-09-2003 03:25 PM

is there any more reviews of cars, if so where can i get em????

Peryn 11-09-2003 07:06 PM

i love, and have always loved, a center steering vehicle. It just seems like the way a real sports car should be. Also you can fit TWO hot babes next to you this way instead of one, and they gotta cram in there real tight :) I bet if you sneak into your garage at night with one of those, all the other cars are trying to give it some sweet loving...

wakelagger 11-09-2003 07:22 PM

that engine purrs like a kitten, then roars like a tiger, all within a split-second of eachother.

ickma 11-09-2003 07:37 PM

NO RADIO. Well thats it. No F-1 for me. I need my tunes lol.

no radio, but it DOES have a kickass cd player.

with or without tunes, I WANT ONE. NOW!!!

clonmult 11-10-2003 06:08 AM

The CD is definitely kick-ass ... McLaren got Kenwood to build one down to a specific weight. Very muchly a bespoke car.

Nice kenwood owns..

I don't think my subs will wieght it down to much...LOL

wakelagger 11-10-2003 03:36 PM

I think your subs will give undesireable handling characteristics to the F1 at 190 mph, you know, with the backend vibrating every second.

Blahman 11-10-2003 03:45 PM

Ahh, my dream car.

castex 11-10-2003 04:06 PM

What an amazing find!:D
Best Car Ever.
The driver and narrator - he's doing both at once - is ex-F1 driver Tiff Needel. He's something of a cult figure amongst those brits who like to see nice cars being seriously thrashed on racetracks.

Scorps 11-11-2003 08:42 AM

I like how he scars himself when he first punch's the gas...LMAO!

madsenj37 11-11-2003 07:44 PM

The McLaren is still on top of my list. It took six years for a company to match its preformance, not beat it. The Saleen S7 and Ferrari are cool, but the McLaren F1 is hands down, The Best SuperCar. It took six years for companies to match its performance. The Enzo for instance requires a $720 oil change. Long Live McLaren.

Scorps 11-12-2003 09:28 AM

720 bucks for a damn oil change

stingc 11-12-2003 12:48 PM

$720?? How does that work? Only oil derived from dinosaur eyes?

Its synthetic oil made only by shell specifically for the Enzo. Simply because its only marketed towards Enzos, shell charges what it wants. To top it off, if an Enzo owner doesnt use the shell oil, it will void their engine warranty = One more reson to lust after a McLaren.

OMG thats so dumb.....I will never have enough money to buy the car let alone afford the oil change.

keif 11-13-2003 03:42 PM

downloading it right now can't wait to see it... i love mclarens engines

yellowgowild 11-15-2003 08:44 PM

Absolutely amazing presentation of a dream car. I now have an incentive for being a ruthless businessman.

soccerchamp76 11-15-2003 09:40 PM

Awesome car, love the central driving position.

On the Enzo note: if you have the money to own Ferraris in the past (as required to buy an Enzo), and you can spend $650,000 on a car, $720 will not put you in the red.

hahaha 11-15-2003 11:39 PM

While I would chose other cars before the McLaren for comforts, If I had enough money to spend on one, I would buy it before somethign like a bently or any other high priced luxury car.

No it will not, but that still doesnt justify the cause.

Interesting since the law says that if a manufactures requires a specific brand of oil, they must provide it free to the consumer - American law anyway.

I have loads of M1 videos from that show and the others-drag races between it and 911 turbos, etc.

That is what I read in a car magazine, something like car and driver or road & track. Its highly possible that only shell sells the oil right now, but as far as patenting oil, I dont think its possible. Other companies can come out with an oil to use and there is no way ferrari can say no, but its prob an expensive synthetic oil that has high R&D costs which do not justify its development at this time.

Gnzo 11-17-2003 04:25 PM

Nice post. I enjoyed the video

Feyenoord 11-21-2003 11:13 AM
