Hey, anyone have any idea where to look to buy a cheap (<2000$) conversion van in the greater pennsylvania area?

I guess it depends on what you mean by "Greater" PA area.

There is a primarily NJ pub called the Want Ad Press

that usually has a few here and there.

Additionally there is one that deals with the area around Philly called Tradin' Times.
