can anyone tell me how to change the frickin head light in my 97 chevy tahoe?

It may be held in by plastic tabs (two) that are white, and pull up from the top. '97 G vans and all Impalas (2000 and up) are that way, so I assume your Chevy is too. Sometimes one will be hidden under the flaps along the shroud.
