What's a good online car parts store?

I'm looking to get some new headlights, and I want some bright whites, none of that blue tinted stuff. I just want some nice bright white headlights. I've got a 1993 Nissan pickup, and I'll probably be needing to buy a few other random parts in the near future. Is there any good online retailer that has a large selection? I've been spoiled by newegg and I wish every etailer could be just like them

for a truck, www.truckperformance.com is good. www.summitracing.com, maybe Jegs.com, they may be a good place to start

Hmm... looks a little more complicated than I thought. As I said before, my headlights are dimming and I want some bright new ones. I put in my truck model and everything into www.truckperformance.com and none came up that fit, I tried the same thing at www.summitracting.com and all I got was headlight covers, and I couldn't really make sense of www.jegs.com

Do I have to get something that is made specifically to fit my vehicle? Do I need to just get replacement bulbs, or a whole new... whole headlight thing?

is it the whole headlight you want to replace or just a bulb? (usually it's just a bulb) if you can find out the part # of the bulb (owners manual, or local auto store should help) then you can search easier that way

To be honest I'd just make a trip down to the local auto supply store.
Pepboys,autozone...
You'll pretty much have a much easier in the end.
If you get the wrong part it'll be easier to return and to be honest I don't think the prices will be that far off from one another.

Then again if you REALLY want to get some good savings...hit up eBay.

It may not be the fault of your headlights. You could have a failing switch or relay, or a corroded connection. Run a heavy gauge 12V supply directly to one bulb and compare brightness. Many vehicles benefit from a harness upgrade, even versus showroom condition due to inadequate wiring. That last 1V makes a big difference in bulb brightness.
