Anyone fix their own iPod?

Well, the screen on my 60g iPod Video is now kaput. I can't even read the menu to select my playlists now. I've found a couple of sites where I can purchase the new screen AND they provide instructions on how to do the replacement. Just wanted to know if anyone here has done this and if it's scarier than it appears to be. FWIW, I haven't seen anything in the directions that seems beyond my capabilities.....

I haven't done an ipod, but I've done palms and other PDAs and laptops.

easy peasy when you have the right tools.

this is the question that would come after "have you ever broken your own ipod" and the answer is still no, so I can't do this question yet :P

Only read about this the other day.
Video clip is about 2 minutes long.
