Rob D of Matrix Soundtrack fame

So I picked up the Rob D(ougan) album Furious Angels this past Friday,a nd I have to say I'm impressed. This guy is great... I hope he sells enough albums to make the labels take notice and fund a second one. Anyone else hear this?

I've never heard anything else by him, but I love the song he did on the Matrix Soundtrack. What's the music like? Is it similar to the Clubbed To Death song?

He's very talented. Love the stuff he's done for the Matrix I & II

I've been wanting to pick up his CD too. His instrumental stuff is incredible, but I'm not so much of a fan of his voice.

His music is alot liek clubbed to death, but with vocals. I personally like his voice; he sounds quite a bit liek Tom waits (when Tom Waits is fuckin around with his vocals, anyway).

I'm glad he included an instrumental disc with that album. I love the music, but I'm not too impressed with the vocals. It's still a good buy, though.

He has a few outstanding tracks, in particular his tracks on the Matrix soundtracks but his music feels too repetitive and his vocals too obnoxious. Still, he is by far superior to many popular artists today.

I'd say he's pretty good; however, I'm more partial to Juno Reactor for their more ambient feel that still manages to kick my ass.

He makes some of the best soundtracks in the world. "Chateau" from The Matrix Reloaded Soundtrack is my favourite.

His CD is great. "Speed Me Towards Death", "Furious Angels", and the very Tom Waits-like "Drinking Song" are among my favorites.

Very impressed by him. I have been meaning to buy his album. Until then, http://www.robdougan.com has all the tracks for his latest album to listen to.
