Help! Birthday present Idea - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Well, a very good friend of mine, whom I want to be more (female friend if you didn't figure that out) has a birthday coming up. I'm thinking for her birthday I want to do something really cool for her. She just recently got an Ibanez SA160 with the quilted top, but it has a few problems, like it won't stay in tune, and the bridge pickup is a piece.

So my plan is to steal her guitar, but a set of locking tuners and replace those first. Then, I'm going to take off the string, clean and oil the neck, polish the body, take some of it apart and clean just everywhere, and polish it. Then i was also thinking about replacing then bridge pickup, but I wasn't sure with what, and I dont want to spend too much, working off a Mcdonaldland budget.

Thoughts, opinions, ideas?
