Atmosphere - Seven's Travels
 

anyone here listen to Atmosphere? I love it. I've been gone for the past seven months, so I missed this LP, but I'll pick it up soon. From what I've read and heard, it's the shit. If anyone here has listened to the album, I would like to know what you think, because I'm gonna pick it up in a few days.

If you've never of Atmosphere, or more importantly, don't normally listen to hip- hop, I definitely recommend them. It's an MC and DJ combination of Slug's lyrics with Ant's beats, and it's all tight as shit...not exactly the commercial stuff that most people generalize as the image of Rap. Everyone should check it out.

Atmosphere is dope is hell, and I highly recommend getting Se7en's Travels, great album. I really like Cats Van Bags on the new album.

Good CD. They're even getting some radio play now.

ATmosphere is awesome. I need to buy their cds as soon as i get money.

I saw them when they came to Boulder. Awesome show, but they don't have the best stage presence. Slug is one depressed dude.

I admit i have not bought any of the cd's yet, but from what I downloaded Atmosphere is wicked ass good. I will be buying a cd soon, so don't worry, I will be doing my small part to support Slug.

atmosphere's been sinking into mediocracy steeply over the last two albums. Still worth listening to, and a good show though.

I think there are only a few songs on there worth my time. Generally i can't resist a song that mentions local landmarks. I can' t remember what it is called, but the last song is really good.

whats with this "they" stuff? atmosphere is one guy,he hangs out with his "homies". but yeah its good shit, not doubting there.

Aesop rock is the shit also... i know they used to do stuff together... just recently found out about Aesop, Atmosphere, busdriver and the like from my room mates, but that shit is good!

Great album...one of the best hip hop albums of the year
