I was just listening to Evanescence, My Immortal. I have a few versions of this, and I've also grabbed the .midi file to try to recreate it.

The problem I have, is that it is such a powerful song, but it could be so much more ! I mean, in the "band version" which is the track listed on the Daredevil soundtrack, at least they have some sort of strong backing. However in the normal song, it's so weak! It could be so much more ... epic if you know what I mean.

Do you have any songs that you know could be better ? Music that is good, but that you know could be great ?

I thoroughly enjoy the song, it's so much better than Bring Me to Life (can anyone say overplayed and annoying?). I think the point of the song was to appear weak and helpless and crying out and then all of a sudden smash into electric guitar and drums at the end. Nice denoument.
